Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office heads to the Crossroads Community Hall, Ravensmead Library Hall and the Wesfleur Municipal Admin Building. During these visits, a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections and all other account enquiries will be provided. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:
• Thursday, 4 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Crossroads Community Hall, Intsikizi Street, Old Crossroads
• Thursday, 4 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Ravensmead Library Hall, 32 Edgar Bullock Street, Ravensmead
• Friday, 5 September 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Wesfleur Municipal Admin Building, 1st Floor, Wesfleur, Atlantis

‘This is the City’s commitment to bringing its services closer to communities and making local government more accessible to residents. City staff will be at Old Crossroads, Ravensmead and Wesfleur to provide guidance and assistance on queries arising next week. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process on the day,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
